Wigs & Grace Shipping Policy

All Wigs & Grace orders are prepared and shipped with care.  All orders are prepared and processed within 1-3 days.  Shipping charges are calculated at check out based on the delivery location and requested delivery speed.  All delivery speeds are estimates only, no guarantee is made or implied.  If you have a particular deadline, please leave a comment in the order notes (in the shopping cart) and we will contact you if we do not anticipate meeting your deadline.  

Please allow additional time for international orders to process through your customs office (which vary from country to country).  Wigs & Grace has no control over the speed at which an order clears customs, however we make every effort to ensure that orders are packaged properly so as to not experience additional clearance delays.

The Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, tariffs, duties, fees, and any other expenses related to the import of products into a country from the United States. Wigs & Grace will declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. Since these laws and fees can change over time, Wigs & Grace encourages the Customer to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Wigs & Grace will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us for any reason we will only refund the product price, shipping charges are non refundable.

Wigs & Grace Return Policy

Wigs & Grace's number one goal is that every customer is satisfied. Therefore, we will be happy to exchange defective products or products damaged during shipment. For sanitary reasons, Wigs & Grace does not accept returns.

Wigs & Grace makes every effort to ensure colors are accurate, but understands that color may vary from screen to screen, so please ask any questions before ordering to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If needing to exchange an item, email Gloria@wigsandgrace.com within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization. Once Wigs & Grace receives the damaged or defective item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
